Bernard Peille has been Managing Director of Alstom Latin America since September 2024. With more than 35 years of experience in the railway industry, he has been with Alstom since 1989, building a strong international career across multiple regions and functions.
Throughout his career, Bernard Peille has developed extensive expertise in design, industrial facilities development, services, rolling stock management, and project management for high-speed, regional, and urban rail systems.
Prior to his role in Latin America, he served for four years as Managing Director of Alstom South Africa and was also Chief Operating Officer of Gibela Rail Transport Consortium (Pty) Ltd, Alstom’s joint venture in the country. His career includes leading industrial operations, joint ventures, and regional clusters in France, United States, China, South Korea, and Russia, reflecting a solid global leadership background.

Guillaume Denis is Vice President of Signaling, Infrastructure, and Turnkey projects for the Americas region. Since joining the company in 2008, he has held a variety of senior leadership roles spanning product development, research and development, and operations.
Prior to his current appointment in 2021, he served as Vice President of Signaling and Infrastructure for the Asia Pacific region, based in Singapore.
Kris KOLLURI Speaker

Kris Kolluri serves as President & Chief Executive Officer of NJ TRANSIT, and Executive Director of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority. He has led NJ TRANSIT since January 16, 2025, and assumed responsibility to lead the New Jersey Turnpike Authority on February 9, 2026.
At NJ TRANSIT, Mr. Kolluri is responsible for the nation's largest statewide public transportation system, with more than 11,000 employees providing more than 944,000 weekday trips on over 250 bus routes, three light rail lines, 12 commuter rail lines, and through the agency's Access Link paratransit service.
As Executive Director of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, Mr. Kolluri oversees the operation of the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway, two of the busiest and most critical transportation corridors in the nation, supporting the safe and efficient movement of people and goods across the state.
Prior to his current roles, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Gateway Development Commission, a bi-state entity overseeing the $16.1 billion Hudson Tunnel Project, the nation's largest and most urgent infrastructure project. In two years, he transformed the organization from a start-up to one that received the largest investment the federal government has ever made in any mass transit project, closed on the largest Railroad & Rehabilitation Improvement Program loan package in United States history, and initiated construction of the first set of heavy rail tunnels under the Hudson River in over one hundred and fourteen years.
Previously, Mr. Kolluri served as President & Chief Executive Officer of Camden Community Partnership, Inc., a community and economic development nonprofit located in Camden, New Jersey. He oversaw an organization focused on designing and implementing outcome-focused and resident-driven programs. Under his leadership and in partnership with the local government, the organization implemented a first mile/last mile transportation solution for residents, an innovative job placement program, a once-in-a-generation street improvement program, the development and rehabilitation of six waterfront and neighborhood parks, and a large-scale COVID vaccine site.
He also previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the Rowan University/Rutgers - Camden Board of Governors. During his tenure, he oversaw the development of the first of its kind multi-institutional research and teaching facility and implemented the Medical Assistants Training Program and the Alzheimer’s Patient Navigator Program, which were a pathway to serve a community health need and create jobs for residents.
He was the Chief Executive Officer of the New Jersey Schools Development Authority, where he oversaw the state's $5.3 billion school construction program, focused primarily on socio-economically disadvantaged communities. He was also Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Transportation, where he led the effort to increase investment in mass transit and served as Board Chair of NJ TRANSIT and the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, and South Jersey Transportation Authority Commissioner, overseeing seventeen thousand employees.
Prior to his work in the infrastructure and social equity space, Mr. Kolluri worked as a staff member in the United States Congress for over a decade, eventually becoming a senior policy advisor to House Democratic Leader Richard A. Gephardt. In that capacity, he assisted freshman members of Congress in developing long-term policy initiatives.
Mr. Kolluri has a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University. He was an adjunct faculty member at Rutgers University Law School (2011 & 2012 academic years). He also served on the Rowan University Board of Trustees, the Southern New Jersey Chamber of Commerce Board, and the New Jersey Board of the Regional Plan Association.

As Vice-President & Head of the Rolling Stock and components business of Alstom in North America, my team’s mandate is to deliver on our commitment, to make Alstom the best rail technology partner to our customers and the communities we serve.
Alstom’s North America RSC sites have delivered more than 15,000 new or renovated high-speed trains, commuter rail, metros, and light rail vehicles for U.S and Canada rail agencies and recently delivered the NextGen Acela, the first high-speed trains ever made in America. In addition, we support local economies across North America through significant investments in manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain partnerships, with nearly 2,500 suppliers.

Michael Keroullé is the President of Alstom’s Americas Region. He is responsible for the region’s P&L, commercial and operational performance, and the execution of the Alstom in Motion strategy for the Americas. Michael also serves as a member of Alstom’s Executive Committee and Leadership Team, and reports to the Global CEO. He has been leading the region since 2021 and has contributed to the integration of Bombardier Transportation into Alstom.
Leading society to a low-carbon future, Alstom develops and markets mobility solutions that provide the sustainable foundations for the future of transportation. Alstom’s products portfolio ranges from high-speed trains, metros, monorail and tramways to integrated systems, customized services, infrastructure, signaling and digital mobility solutions. Today, the Americas region has over 12,000 employees across North America and Latin America who design, manufacture and install railway solutions for the region as well as for other parts of the world.
During his 25 year career at corporations such as GE, Alstom Power and Lurgi, in global leadership roles in the Middle East, India, Europe and the Americas, he has built a track record of driving solid results through customer centricity, operational rigor and development of diverse and multicultural high-impact teams.

Nathalie began her career in Singapore at Philips as a manufacturing engineer in the consumer electronics industry before moving into the automotive sector, where she held several progressively senior purchasing management roles in France and Germany at Philips and Siemens. In 2003, she transitioned into a cross-functional role as Siemens VDO Renault‑Nissan Program Director, taking responsibility for the multimedia segment’s profit and loss. In 2008, she broadened her experience by entering the commercial vehicles and aftermarket sector as Managing Director of Continental Automotive Trading France. She then took on a new challenge in 2015 as Vice President Sales, Portfolio Management & Strategy in Germany for Continental’s Instrumentation and Driver HMI business unit. Nathalie joined Faurecia at the end of 2017, where she was appointed Forvia Chief Purchasing Officer, and in early 2025 moved into the railway industry, currently serving as Chief Procurement Officer at Alstom. She holds a degree in electronics engineering.

Noah has been at Alstom/ BT for fifteen years in commercial, project leadership roles and Services GM roles. Noah has gained rich experience with increasing responsibility with a focus on commercial strategy, operations, maintenance, and rolling stock. In his time leading the Amtrak NGHST project he made significant contributions to advancing the Avelia Liberty through the U.S.’s first high-speed train certification process. His cross functional experience and his deep commitment to safety and operational excellence will be crucial as we continue to grow our Services business. Noah has over 20 years of experience in increasingly responsible roles within heavy industry at several companies with a focus on commercial strategy, operations, and maintenance services, and rolling stock, including Bombardier Transportation and Arcelor Mittal. Noah is a recognized executive with heavy equipment, operations, and industrial systems experience in the Transportation and Steel Sectors. He has extensive experience in project delivery, client relationship management, business development, and line leadership of both professional and union employees in an industrial setting. He holds a Bachelor’s in Science, Mechanical Engineering from Temple University

Olivier Colson is the Supplier Development and Procurement Excellence Director for the Americas at Alstom, with responsibility for supplier development, supplier performance and risk management, claims and contract transformation, and procurement efficiency across the region. He has 19 years of international experience in procurement and sourcing within the rail industry, having held roles in project sourcing, commodity management, site procurement, and regional governance in Europe and North America. Based in the United States, Olivier works closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders across all Alstom product lines to support consistent procurement practices and regional alignment. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Management from EM Lyon (France).

With more than 25 years of experience in the rail industry across North America, Europe, and Asia, he has held senior leadership roles at Alstom since joining in 2010 and prior to that with GE Transportation.

Susie Lévesque is Vice President of Procurement, Americas, bringing more than 20 years of experience in commercial leadership, customer management, and complex project execution across global industrial organizations, including Alstom, GE Transportation, and Air Liquide.
In her current role, she leads Procurement across the Americas, focusing on strengthening supplier performance, simplifying processes, and driving execution efficiency at scale. She combines deep commercial acumen with disciplined operational leadership to support business growth and delivery excellence.
Previously, Susie served as Customer Director for Alstom in New York, where she led the company’s relationship with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). She helped secure major contracts and advanced critical programs, including new commuter rail cars, signaling systems, subway car overhauls, and the supply of key components.
Annick ROBINSON Moderator

Annick Robinson is Director, Communications Operations, Americas, supporting the Alstom Americas Communications and Public Affairs team, with additional mandates across managerial communications, corporate social responsibility, and diversity, equity and inclusion. She is also an experienced public speaker on building inclusive and engaging corporate cultures, and frequently serves as master of ceremonies for corporate calls and events.
Since the Alstom acquisition, she previously led Communications for the Services Product organization in North America. Under Bombardier, Annick led employee communications across corporate functions, then went on to lead Global Communications and Public Relations for the Aerostructures division. She later served as Head of Communications and Public Affairs for Bombardier Transportation Americas, while also supporting the Global Leadership Team on strategic initiatives related to transformation, and corporate social responsibility.
With more than 20 years of experience, she also held progressive Communications roles at CN Rail, McKesson, and Merck, prior to joining Bombardier
Dani SIMONS Moderator

Dani Simons currently serves as Alstom’s Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs, Americas. Alstom is a global leader in rail mobility. Based out of the company’s New York office, she is overseeing all aspects of communication and public affairs work across the United States, Canada and Latin America.
Prior to joining Alstom, Simons was most recently Director of the Office of Public Affairs and Assistant to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Transportation.
Simons has also served as Director of Strategic Communications for NYCDOT under Commissioner Janette Sadik-Khan; was part of the launch team for Citi Bike, and then Head of Communications for its parent company, Motivate; was the Global Head of Public Partnerships at Waze; and held the position of Vice President of Communications at Regional Plan Association during the creation and release of the Fourth Regional Plan.
She has a Master of Environmental Science from the Yale School of Forestry and the Environment. She lives in Brooklyn with her family and often commutes by bike when not riding the train.

Geni Bonora is the NAM Services Procurement and Supply Chain Director and brings years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. Over nearly three decades, Geni has held a variety of roles within the railway industries of North America and Europe. Starting out at Alstom Barcelona, Geni gained valuable experience working closely with production teams and developing practical skills in purchasing and supplier negotiations.
In 2016, Geni moved to Alstom North America. Throughout her career in NAM, Geni has taken on responsibilities such as leading Subsystem Regional Commodity management, Amtrak Procurement Director and Make versus Buy strategies. She is committed to building productive partnerships with suppliers, encouraging teamwork, and contributing to ongoing innovation to provide meaningful value to customers.
Geni holds a master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering and is based in Philadelphia.

Abderreski Belmessikh is the Procurement Director for the OnCorr Program, based in Toronto, Canada. In this role, he leads procurement activities across key domains, including Signaling, Network & Telecom, and Electrification.
With over 26 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, Abderreski has developed extensive expertise across the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Railway industries. He is particularly experienced in large, complex turnkey projects, where he drives strategic sourcing, supplier engagement, and operational excellence.
Abderreski joined Alstom in 2011 as Country Procurement Director for DIS Projects in Algeria. He subsequently held several strategic roles at Alstom headquarters, including Commodity Manager and Turnkey Platform Procurement Director, contributing to global procurement strategies and the successful delivery of complex projects.
In 2022, he joined Alstom Canada in Toronto to lead procurement activities for the OnCorr program. In this capacity, he collaborates closely with Metrolinx, project partners, and key strategic suppliers, operating under open-book principles and target cost contract models to ensure transparency, efficiency, and value creation.

Lauren Alexandrowicz, MBA is a senior procurement and supply chain leader with nearly 20 years of experience across manufacturing, energy, and transportation. She has progressed through roles at PPG Industries, Westinghouse Electric, and Alstom, developing deep expertise in sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier strategy.
After joining Alstom in 2008 as a Project Procurement Manager, she advanced through a series of leadership roles and now serves as Site Procurement Director – Projects & Tenders, where she leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for project procurement, commodity strategy, tendering, and supply chain execution.
Her leadership is defined by a commitment to operational excellence, transparency, and building strong, sustainable partnerships within the global supply chain.

Neena Jose Kanjur is the Americas Indirect Procurement Director at Alstom, with over 19 years of experience leading procurement and supply chain organisations across the automotive and railway industries in North America, Latin America, India, and global environments.
She began her career at General Motors, where she developed a strong foundation in global supply chain management, purchasing, supplier negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives within complex, multi plant operations. In 2016, Neena joined Alstom, progressing through senior roles in Direct Procurement, including project, tender, and procurement leadership positions across India and Canada.
Prior to her current role, she served as Site Procurement Director for Operations & Maintenance in Canada, overseeing procurement for major transit and infrastructure programmes and leading multi disciplinary teams delivering cost optimization, governance, and process improvement.

With over ten years of experience in the rail industry, Nikole has held roles in quality, supply chain, and procurement. She is a certified lean six sigma black belt and has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management and Biomedical Sciences, as well as a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing. She started working at Alstom in 2018 in supply chain and in 2021, Nikole moved into procurement as the Supplier Performance Manager for North America, helping to grow the supplier excellence team into what it is today. She recently moved into the role of Supplier Excellence Manager.
